Thanks very much Mr Castellini. Its a great day to be a Reds fan. It will be fun.

Glad to see some balance in the “Pete Rose Saga”. He is 75…….let him bask in the glow of this honor. (He will probably not be around -if and when his lifetime ban is reconsidered.) He is truly one of the all-time greats of baseball.

HOORAY PETE! Glad Cincy could stand up for you. Reds HOF good as Nat’l HOF far as I am concerned, You made it. So glad the long ridiculous exile is over. Congrats. (Fan since kid at Crosley.)

I might have to try and make it down for the Friday festivities.

safe to assume the rest of (or at least a lot of) the Big Red Machine will be there for : “Pregame ceremonies celebrating the 40th anniversary of the 1976 World Series Champion Reds “

When will tickets go on sale for these games?

When can I buy tickets to all three games? Thank you, thank you!! N this is very special and I feel Pete Rose really does deserve this !! Thank you!

I am so glad Pete is going to be inducted into the REDS HOF…As far as I’m concerned MLB lost out BIG TIME…CONGRATS PETE…Hoping to be there from Murrayville, Georgia for the festivities..A Cincy native and HUGE fan of Pete Rose and the BIG RED MACHINE…I can remember celebrating on Fountain Square….To be able to be at the festivities will make this 65 yr olds Bucket List..Congrats Pete!!!!!

Unless I terribly wrong when Walt Jocketty joined the Reds they had a decent team. The Reds under Dusty Baker had been to the play offs in 3 of the last 5 years and should have advanced to the World Series except they gave away the last 3 games AT HOME against the Giants. Since Jocketty has been aboard a decent team no longer, the farm system is depleted with top prospects by written by the Reds writers or comments by Jocketty. As a matter of fact he commented on the Reds draft player I believe his name is Jake or Josh Cave, I can’t recall his first name just his last, that if he developed he might become a utility player OR a 4th outfielder. As in a trade are you not suppose to draft a player that has an outstanding upside or am I wrong? He made the Frazier & Chapman trade and in the baseball experts said that the Reds traded 2 All Stars and got FAR LESS IN RETURN THAN THEY SHOULD HAVE. Did any other Reds fan read, or hear this on TV? What is even scarier is the fact he wanted to trade Phillips & Votto, thank goodness they both had a no trade clause. I’m sure Phillips will pay for using his no trade clause by not playing, or getting a lot less playing time. And if they can insert some one at first then Joey will be punished as well. Anyway, I do hope the young players, or prospects, do come to the front play extremely good and the team has a great season. Well a person can hope. Good Luck Reds for 2016!
