Excited for our Redlegs, but scared too. San Francisco’s pitching staff is tough, much like Philly, from 2010.
I’d like to see a 25 man roster for the playoffs include for pitching… leave out Simon and Ondrusek and Leake. That makes 10 pitchers, but Leake would be used for pinch runner and pinch hit (he’s one of the best in sacrifice bunts). With the 8 position players will be 7 bench players…Paul, Heisey, Frazier, Navarro, Cairo, Valdez, and Leake (who could also be used for long relief).
