On another subject…on Twitter last night, they were saying the Goodyear sound crew was playing Beck’s “Loser” as Janish’s walkup music. Man, that seems kinda obnoxious. I know he struggled last year and will likely end up in Louisville this year, but still – he plays for the home team. And he’s actually been pretty decent this spring. Last year in spring training he was all batting average. I had a bad feeling about his lack of walks and extra base hits. Especially the walks – plate discipline was always his strong suit in the minors. This year is much better, IMO.
