Thursday morning: Curt, you stayed and bailed when everyne else had abandoned ship. Now you can rest, good and fiathful servant. I felt bad for you last night. It’s ‘wait’ till next year’ time again. I still think the organization is chock-a-block with talent and expect great things from them in 2012. Lots of things need to be done and the off-season officially begins today. So, Mark, when are the September call-ups? And when does a player (Ramon Hernandez, for example) have to be on another roster to qualify for that team’s post-season? Is there any reason not to call Mesoraco up this weekend and play him five days a week until the end of September? And so forth.
