*Since I know you’ll be asking, I’m guessing Jeremy Hermida is starting because he is 4-for-12 with one homer lifetime vs. Marlins starter Javier Vazquez. However, Hermida also has six strikeouts.
*Scott Rolen, Brandon Phillips and Bronson Arroyo will receive their Gold Glove Awards tonight before the game.
*Until the Ohio River drops below the level of the public landing, there will be no home run fireworks or fireworks following a win.
