Mark, what’s the projected trajectory for Sappelt? Late season call-up? He seems ready to hit (major league pitching) – how’s his fielding? Is he a possible long-term answer in LF?
Definitely a AAA guy to start since he only had 25 games there at end of 2010. After that, up to him but a Sept. call up wouldn’t be unreasonable to expect if there is no need before that.
