Edmonds to DL, Smith to AAA
The moves are official — INF Chris Valaika and RHP Sam LeCure were called up from Triple-A Louisville.
OF Jim Edmonds was placed on the 15-day DL with a strained right oblique.
RHP Jordan Smith was optioned to Louisville.
Valaika will wear No. 3.(118g, .304, 28 2b, 3 3b, 4hr, 53rbi, 3sb)
